Miami Domestic Violence Client Wins at Trial

Our client was traveling in an automobile in Miami with his wife. A verbal dispute quickly escalated to the point where our client allegedly put a gun to his wife's head. The Miami State Attorney's Office charged our client with aggravated assault with a firearm and offered our client 3 years in prison as a habitual offender.
