Sexual Battery Suspect Has Charge Dismissed

Our client traveled from California with two of his friends to vacation on South Beach. He met a young lady while hanging out at one of the beach resorts. The victim went with the three men to their hotel room. After leaving the room, the alleged victim reported that she had been sexually battered by the three men. Investigators contracted by the criminal attorneys DMT, were able to obtain surveillance video from both hotels to support our defense. The woman appeared extremely intoxicated and flirtatious on the video footage. The rape treatment kit did not reveal any signs of force. With this evidence in hand, the prosecution decided no action or dismiss all charges prior to the arraignment.
