The man reportedly kicked the officer several times and threatened to hunt that officer down and kill him and his family. The incident occurred after the police responded to a domestic violence dispute between the man and his mother in law. The man was handcuffed and placed into a police car, while the police investigated if the man had committed an assault and battery against his wife. The prosecutor sought to make the man a convicted felon and sentence him to state prison.
